  1. 6 Bread slices
  2. 3 mashed Potatoes
  3. 1 Onion
  4. 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  5. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  6. 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  7. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1/4 cup Maida/All-purpose Flour
  10. as needed Rusk Powder
  11. as needed Water
  12. 2 cup oil

Instructions to make to make Aloo Stuffed Bread Rolls

  1. At First, Take the Smashed Potato and Add the Chopped Onions, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala and Salt and Mix them well.
  2. Then make the Potato Masala into Small Pieces as shown in this Picture.
  3. In between.Add some Water to the Maida and Mix them to make it as a Paste.
  4. Then take a Piece of Bread and Cut the Corner Part and make them Flat using a Chapathi maker and Add the Potato Masala in between and make it like a Roll.
  5. Add some Water over the Corner Parts so that the Masala Stuffs should not come out of the Bread.Make all the Pieces of Bread like this and keep them separately.
  6. Then Add the Stuffed Bread Rolls in to the Mixed Cornflour Powder and then Add some Rusk Powder to it and then Fry them in Oil.
  7. After it turns into a Golden Brown Colour, take them and then if we Split the Rolls into 2 Pieces, the Masala Stuff will be well-Cooked.And our Tasty All Stuffed Bread Rolls is Ready to Eat Now!!
