  1. Preheat the oven to 180c, line paper cases in muffin tray.
  2. In a bowl add margarine, sugar and eggs beat lightly, till smooth, add salt, pepper mint extract and vanilla extract and mix.
  3. In a separate bowl sift in self- raising flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  4. Lightly mix the chopped black current raisins with the sieved flour.
